- All submissions must be written in English.

- Businesses cannot enter the People's Choice Award. This is only for the general public to nominate their favourite venues.

- All submissions must be completed through our online portal by 11.30pm on Monday 17th Octboer.

- Only submissions which cover all criteria elements will be considered for judging. Judges reserve the right to disqualify any entry if they feel the criteria is not met.

- Judges' decision is final. Judges will be meeting on 24th October to decide the winners and finalists. 

- Each business may enter up to 3 categories. The same information can be submitted for each category as long as they meet the criteria but 3 separate entries will need to be made.

- By submitting your nomination, you accept that the details you have provided will be shared with those involved with judging and not shared publicly unless otherwise stated.

- Supporting materials may be uploaded to enhance your entry if applicable.

- Please enter as much information as you can in your entry.

- Due to the high level of entries, feedback from judges will not be provided.
